      Jumkey's hassle-free returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on Jumkey for any reason within the specified return period (You must initiate the return within 7 days return window from the product delivery date).

What information need to be shared while asking for return request?

 

      Please ensure that product is unused and in its original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product when on return. The shipping fee will be refunded if and only if all the products in your order are returned back to the Seller.


      Below are the steps to be followed while asking for a return request -

  1. Please make an unboxing video of the product in case there is any damage, Jumkey Team needs the video to forward the unboxing video to the logistics company and raise a complaint.
  2. Share the product picture, and product video of the items you want to return via the website chat or WhatsApp us on this number 9902631591.
  3. Mention the reason for return.
  4. If it is a COD order then we need your bank details for the refund. Share Bank Name, Beneficiary Name, Account Number and IFSC Code.
  5. Once the above details are shared, Jumkey Team will evaluate your return request and arrange for return pickup.
  6. The return pickup will be arranged by Jumkey Team and the courier partner will arrive at the return pickup address given by you and collect the parcel in 12 to 24 hours. In case if the return pickup didn't happen within 12 to 24 hours then feel free to raise a complain by chatting with us on website or feel to whatsapp on 9902631591.
  7. Refund will be done once the product reaches the seller, it usually takes 7 to 10 working days to reach the seller. Once the product reaches the seller and is in the same condition as dispatched by the seller the refund will be processed to your bank account, for COD orders the refund will reflect in your bank account in 12 to 24 hours, but for prepaid orders, once the refund is processed, it takes 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Products sold at Jumkey.com are covered under 7 days return guarantee provided the item is not marked as NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

How do I cancel an order on Jumkey ?

Cancellations are applicable before product is dispatched, if you cancel your order before your order is in processed state, we will refund the entire amount. Cancellations will not be allowed after your order is already in processed or dispatched state. Cancellations are applicable only for 12 to 24 hours from the ordered date, also before the order is in dispatched state.

Refunds to Bank Account

Once the returned package is returned back to the seller and the product returned is in original condition with the tags, invoices, the refund will be processed by the system. Please note it takes 7 to 10 working days for the return package to reach the seller. For COD order, if you have furnished your correct bank details at the time of initiating return pickup, then refunds will be processed to your bank account instantly after the product reaches the seller. For Prepaid order, it takes another 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. Working days doesn’t include Saturday, Sunday and other public holidays.
