How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page, except for handmade products most of the products will be dispatched in 5 to 6 working days.

Do you have cash on delivery option?

Yes, cash on delivery payment option is available at Jumkey.com

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value at Jumkey.com.

What is the shipping fee applicable?

A nominal shipping fee of Rs 40 is applicable on all orders. Shipping fee is fixed at Rs 40 for both Cash on delivery (COD) and prepaid orders for shipping within India (Domestic Shipping)

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major Debit Cards (including Visa, Master Card, Rupay) Credit cards, Net banking (Supports all Indian Banks), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe) Wallet payment options (Amazon Pay and More). Our trusted payment gateway partner is Razorpay.

Can I edit or cancle an order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and therefore, may not be able to be changed once they are placed. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, please call us as quickly as possible at 6363586423 or WhatsApp at 9902631591 within 6 hours once the order is placed. Also, please note orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are dispatched/shipped to you.

Do you offer Gift packing?

Yes, we offer gift packing as well. You can just WhatsApp us at 9902631591 and inform us if you need gift wrapping. Help us with your order number or registered mobile number from which you placed the order and we will take care of it.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time of order processing.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders on jumkey.com to ship to different addresses. If you need assistance, please call Customer Service at 6363586423.

Can I turn off facebook messenger alert?

What are you shipping options?

For your convenience, we offer two options, Cash on delivery and prepaid payment. We don’t have an express shipping facility available. However, most of the shipments will take a maximum of 3 to 4 business days to reach you for India pin codes.

How will my order ship?

Orders are shipped via Bluedart, Delhivery powered by Shiprocket logistics.

When will my order ship?

We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Shipping times are mentioned on the PDP page, please refer the PDP page for the estimated delivery date.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, the shipment updates will be sent to you via SMS and email on the mobile number mentioned by you in the shipping address. Please note the shipment notifications will be sent to you via our official shipment partner Shiprocket. You can even track your order under the orders tab in your profile section.

Is a signature required for delivery?

No, signatures are not required for delivery. However, a few courier companies may ask you for a signature as proof of delivery in the manifest copy at the time of delivering the package to you. Also, the courier boy may ask you for OTP at the time of delivering the parcel to you.
