What is the cost of shipping?

International shipping rate is fixed at USD 20 per order/shipment. The shipping fee to any country outside India is fixed at 20 USD irrespective of the order value. This is an introductory pricing offer.

Which Countries do you ship to?

We ship to 130+ countries via our courier partners. If you have any issue adding a new address, please chat with us on the website chat, or feel free to whatsapp us or contact us on this number +91 6363 586 423.

Can I Pay Via Paypal or my Card?

Yes, you can pay via Paypal in USD. Our payment gateway is Razorpay & supports Paypal checkout. Please make a note, if you have selected International Shipping address (address selected is outside India), you have to pay in USD only, it cannot be paid with an Indian Bank card as per Indian Banking laws. For seamless checkout experience, make sure you select to pay in USD via your international card, to ship order to your country.

Does your payment method store my card details, How Secure and Safe is it?

Our Payment gateway and system is Razorpay, is one of the leading payment providers in India, known for safe and secure payments. It’s enabled with Pay with Paypal in the checkout. Your card details will not be saved unless you explicitly select the save option for your card details while making the payment in the payment page.

How can I pay my INR for my shipping address in the US?

Sorry payment in INR is for Indian addresses only, for international addresses please select USD payments.

How do you Ship?

We have tied up with logistics partners DHL, UPS, Aramex and Delhivery. Our logistic services are reliable and they use Air Shipping and also provide tracking numbers end to end.

How long does it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for International orders. After dispatch, it takes about 7-10 days normally, sometimes can go up to 15 days. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays in custom clearance.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get products to you within the estimated delivery time. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us and we try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you receive an email on your registered email id with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package after a few hours your order is dispatched from our office.

What is the Return Policy for International Orders?

Please note that International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In case of any doubts about the product's size and other clarifications, please contact and our agents will assist you.

Can I cancle my order?

Sorry International orders cannot be canceled from your side. Please contact us and let us know your concerns. 50% cancellation charges may be applicable for cancellation. However, orders can be canceled from our side partially or completely due to stock issues, incorrect shipping and billing address, unserviceable address and item(s) quality issues. Please note, once items are shipped they cannot be canceled and refunded.

What are the charges or Customs and Duties

Few countries and some states may charge customs, duties and entry taxes. Normally this is a small amount and varies from country to country, state to state. Please note that custom duties and taxes may be charged to the customer at the time of delivery, this is collected separately by the courier company. Eg: US is customs free up to USD 800 in a single shipment. However some US states may charge a small entry tax on arrival.
